Support the BOMA GLA Family Relief Fund

This year, BOMA members from across the country gave generously through the BOMA Cares outreach project. Thanks to contributions from local associations, members, and industry partners, the original fundraising goal has been met, and a $10,000 donation will be presented to The People Concern, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness and vulnerable populations in the Los Angeles area.

In recent days, however, members of the BOMA Greater Los Angeles family have experienced a heartbreaking tragedy, including the loss of a loved one and serious injuries impacting another member of their community. In response, BOMA International has shifted its conference fundraising efforts to directly support the affected families during this difficult time.

Through June 30, contributions will be collected for the BOMA GLA Family Relief Fund. Donations will help offset medical and funeral-related expenses and provide support to those impacted by this tragic event.

Our industry is built on relationships, and moments like these remind us how important it is to come together when our colleagues and friends need us most.  Your BOMA Oakland/East Bay Board has donated to this fund to support our colleagues in GLA.
