Building Recognition Awards

Applications for the BOMA Oakland/East Bay Toby Awards will open in October 2026. Winners of the BOMA Oakland/East Bay awards will automatically proceed to the BOMA Pacific Southwest Competition in April 2027.  From there, winners will go on to the BOMA International Awards. Winners are announced at the BOMA International Annual Conference in June 2027 in Nashville.
