Membership Information

Principal Members are individuals who own, manage, or oversee commercial real estate properties and are directly involved in the day-to-day operations of a CRE building. Typical roles include Asset Managers, General Managers, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and other commercial real estate management professionals.

Associate Members are those who support the operation of commercial buildings by providing products, services, or expertise related to building management and performance.

This includes Allied Associate Members, who deliver essential day-to-day building services such as security, janitorial, engineering, landscaping services, and other on-site operations support. Professional Associate Members, who provide consulting and specialized services such as financial and accounting support, legal counsel, design, and other professional expertise.
