Membership Renewals Begin Nov. 1st
Renewal season is here! Watch your inbox starting November 1, 2026, for your 2027 BOMA Oakland/East Bay membership renewal notification.
As we prepare for another year of industry connections, professional development, educational opportunities, and community involvement, BOMA Oakland/East Bay is making membership renewals easier with our new system.
What’s Different This Year?
Unlike previous renewal seasons, this year’s process will follow an automatic renewal cycle. Every company membership will automatically renew unless the company manually opts out via reaching out to BOMA OEB staff.
We'll create your renewal invoice, so you won’t need to start the process from scratch! Once you receive your renewal notification, simply log in to your BOMA OEB account to access your invoice to pay it. Our new system now accepts ACH payments as well as credit cards. You can still pay by check too!
How to Complete Your Renewal

Watch your inbox: Renewal notifications will begin going out November 1.

Log in to your account: Follow the instructions in your notification to access your BOMA OEB account.

Access your invoice: Your renewal invoice will already be available in your account.

Pay your invoice: You can pay online via ACH or credit card. If you need to pay via check, download your invoice and prepare a check.
What If Your Company Does Not Wish to Renew?
If your company does not plan to renew its BOMA OEB membership for 2027, please reach out to Jessi Obeso at jessi@bomaoeb.org or (510) 893-8780 for assistance.
