BOMA Oakland East Bay is proud to announce that Treat Towers has been named the 2026 Local TOBY Award Winner in the 250,000 – 499,999 square feet category!

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards recognize excellence in commercial real estate management, operations, and building performance. This achievement reflects the team's dedication to operational excellence, tenant experience, and industry leadership.
