Innovation. Education. Recognition.

Join BOMA Oakland/East Bay for one of our signature engineering events, bringing together building engineers, property professionals, and industry partners for an afternoon of hands-on learning, new ideas, valuable connections, and well-deserved recognition.

See the latest solutions in action.
Before lunch, explore live vendor demonstrations featuring products, equipment, technologies, and services designed to help today’s building teams operate safer, smarter, and more efficiently. This is your opportunity to ask questions, talk directly with industry experts, and discover solutions you can put to work in your buildings.

Hear from industry leaders.
During lunch, our speakers will share practical insights on the issues, technologies, and trends impacting building operations today. The program is designed specifically with building engineers and their day-to-day challenges in mind.

Connect with your CRE community.
Build relationships with fellow engineers, property professionals, and service providers while exchanging ideas, experiences, and best practices.

Celebrating the Engineers
Behind Our Buildings

Great buildings don’t operate themselves.

We’ll conclude the luncheon with a special tribute to the building engineers whose expertise, problem-solving, responsiveness, and dedication keep our properties safe, efficient, comfortable, and operating every day.

What You’ll Take Away

After participating in this event, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify new products, technologies, and operational solutions that may improve building performance, safety, efficiency, and reliability.

  • Evaluate practical applications of demonstrated equipment and solutions for use within their own properties and building operations.

  • Exchange ideas and best practices with engineers, industry experts, and commercial real estate professionals that can be applied to everyday operational challenges.

Event Experience

The program begins with interactive equipment and technology demonstrations, giving attendees an opportunity to see solutions firsthand and engage directly with vendors and experts.
