Professional Bio
Lisa began her commercial real estate career in 1993 at Cushman & Wakefield as a broker assistant. Over two decades, she gained extensive industry experience in brokerage support and operations. In 2012, she transitioned to new industries, successfully running two artificial grass businesses from 2013 to 2022.
Now at Cagwin & Dorward, Lisa focuses on business development in commercial landscaping, leveraging her expertise in strategic outreach and partnerships. In recognition of her performance and contributions, she was honored as a 2025 Presidents Club recipient.
She is also dedicated to professional networking, co-founding CREW East Bay in 2005 and serving as its president in 2007. Her leadership has strengthened opportunities for women in commercial real estate.
In her personal time, Lisa enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, camping and boating, and values spending quality time with friends and family.
