Toby Building Award Application

Apply for the BOMA OEB 2027 Toby Award.  

Requirements for 2026 Competition:

1. Property must have a BOMA 360 Designation to compete. Click here for BOMA 360 application. In order to be eligible to compete in this year's competition, you must submit your BOMA 360 application no later than November 16, 2026. If you have questions about BOMA 360, please contact BOMA International at membership@boma.org.
2. Review TOBY Entry Requirements to ensure prerequisites met, and select category in which to compete.

Registration for TOBY Competition (2027)

Step 1: Purchase your application to compete by Monday, November 16, 2026.  Complete the registration form.

Step 2: You can pay your registration fee of $475 at the time of registration or an invoice will be created for you to pay via check.

Step 3: Online written submissions due by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on 12/5/2026. Click here to access the online portal.

Step 4: 2026 TOBY in-person building inspections will be held between January 5, 2027, and January 16, 2027.

Pricing: $475 per property
