School Supply Drive

Support local students and families through our annual School Supply Drive. Donations will help provide essential school supplies to under-resourced students throughout the Bay Area, helping them start the school year prepared and confident for success. Our members’ participation is integral to the success of this program.

Member buildings can assist by placing official collection barrels/boxes in their lobbies and encouraging tenants to donate new school supplies during the collection period.

• TO RESERVE COLLECTION BARRELS FOR YOUR LOBBY, complete and submit the survey form by June 12th. To request barrels/boxes for multiple buildings, please complete a separate form for each building. The survey is designed to accept multiple entries from one computer.
• PARTICIPATION DETAILS - Please read before completing the form. BOMA-member volunteer drivers will deliver all boxes during the week of June 15-19. All barrels and donated supplies will be picked up during the week of July 20th.

Once all reservations are received, BOMA will assign delivery routes to volunteer drivers. Volunteer drivers will select one drop-off day and one pick-up day within the designated windows and communicate those dates directly with the contact provided via email. Member buildings may not select their own delivery or pickup dates.

Please be sure to inform security and lobby personnel of the scheduled delivery and pick-up dates to help ensure a smooth process. Volunteer drivers can only make one stop at each location, and your assistance in facilitating a quick hand-off is greatly appreciated.

Building Skills Partnership improves the lives of property service workers in low-wage industries and their families. Property service workers are janitors, security officers, maintenance and custodial workers, stadium and airport workers, who provide important services to the buildings of California.
