Jessi Obeso, QAS 2.0 - Qualified Association Specialist

Ms. Obeso is the Member & Events Specialist at BOMA Oakland/East Bay, where she leads membership engagement, event planning, marketing, and communications for one of the region's leading commercial real estate associations. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that connect industry professionals, strengthen member relationships, and foster an engaged commercial real estate community.

Ms. Obeso holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Spanish from San Diego State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She recently earned her Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) 2.0 certification through the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE), further strengthening her expertise in association management and member engagement. Her professional background includes experience in association management, event planning, relationship management, marketing, business communications, financial administration, and customer service. Prior to joining BOMA Oakland/East Bay, she served as a Community Manager with Regus, where she managed operations for more than 400 client accounts while supporting business development and client success.
