Warren brings over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in the areas of property management (office, retail, and mixed use), construction management, acquisitions, financial reporting, staffing and leasing. He directs strategy for 7M+ square feet of property (office, medical office, industrial, and retail) spanning 3 high-value markets, including San Francisco East Bay, Financial District, and Marin. Warren has served on the Board of Directors since 2016, working his way to Board President in 2018 and currently serves as our most recent Past President.

In his previous position as Property Manager for Cushman &  Wakefield (formerly DTZ), Warren oversaw the management of over 3 Million Sq. Ft. of office, industrial, and retail properties in the San Francisco East Bay and Marin County. Before that, he served as Senior Property Manager for Wareham Development Company, managing a 15-building portfolio of retail, office and biotech properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Warren’s background also includes serving as an Asset Manager for Patson Companies where he oversaw the acquisition and repositioning of office properties and retail centers.
