Sawyer Norried

Senior Property Manager | CBRE

Sawyer is a Senior Property Manager at CBRE, overseeing lab space in Berkeley and Emeryville. Her
previous experience includes managing Class-A office buildings and industrial properties throughout the
Bay Area. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Harding University and a California Real Estate
Salesperson License.

Sawyer joined BOMA in 2019 and has been an active participant ever since. She was a member of the
Leadership Academy in 2020 and 2021, and led the Marketing and Communications Workgroup in 2023
and 2025. She received the BOMA Shining Star Award in 2023 and has served on the Board of
Directors since 2024.
