Gail Ringer
Gail is a veteran real estate professional working for both 3rd party service providers as well as an owner/developer, with expertise in budgeting, capital/tenant improvements, due diligence and transitioning properties between owners. Transplanted from Chicago almost 20 years ago, she has spent most of her real estate career based in San Francisco working on Class A commercial office buildings. Gail served on the BOMA SF Board of Directors for two terms as well as supporting the Energy and Environments Committee, Awards Committee and Emerging Professionals. Additionally Gail served on the Board of Directors for the Yerba Buena Community Benefits District, is a former member of the USGBC Northern California and holds Bachelors of Science- Commerce from DePaul University. Gail is excited to be in Oakland and support BOMA OEB!
