Lucinda Alipio, RPA

Senior Property Manager, KGIP

Lucinda is a Senior Property Manager with KGIP overseeing a portfolio of Class A Office and Industrial properties across the bay area.  Prior to KGIP Lucinda was a Real Estate Manager for CBRE and Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield.  She has experience managing Class A high-rise, retail, historical and campus style projects in both the Oakland and San Francisco Markets.  

While in San Francisco Lucinda led her management teams to win a total of three The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards.  While in Oakland she was an active member on the Lake Merritt Uptown District Association Board.  She was also awarded The BOMA Foundation Inaugural J. Michael Coleman Scholarship in 2017 and BOMA Oakland/East Bay Education Scholarship in 2014.    

Lucinda is currently a BOMA Oakland/East Bay Board Member and has held roles as the Chair of the Awards Committee and Emerging Professionals Committee.  She holds an RPA Designation, has her Real Estate Salesperson license and is a current BOMI Instructor.
