Millennials and Gen Z are now the most diverse age groups in US history, and this is especially true in California - where over 70% in those generations are persons of color. If businesses are going to thrive in the future, they need to develop levels of excellence in their awareness, the inclusivity of their culture, and visibly demonstrate their commitment to diversity.
In this session, participants will explore how bias permeates companies from the top down, crippling efforts to reach marginalized communities in both communications and actions. Discover approaches to shifting company culture from harmful to healing, from exclusive to inclusive, from equal to equitable. We will become equipped to begin conversations at the leadership level to dismantle bias and build a culture of inclusion intentionally. This webinar will provide the knowledge, resources, tools to expand their understanding and to shift their approach to attracting and retaining clients and employees from often ignored communities.
