Revenue Generating Leases & Pop-Ups Luncheon

Undoubtedly, the consumer landscape has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, as more and more consumers turn to e-commerce over the traditional brick-and-mortar way of shopping. While the impact of this shift is certainly felt within the commercial real estate industry, a recent uptick in pop-up shops provides both landlords and tenants with relief.

Join us as we delve into the intriguing world of pop-up leases, discovering the unique opportunities and challenges they present. Gain insights from industry experts on how pop-up leases are reshaping traditional leasing models and influencing property management strategies.

This is your chance to learn how embracing the flexibility of pop-up leases can be a strategic move in adapting to the ever-evolving commercial real estate market. You won’t want to miss it!

Session Learning Outcomes:

  • Participants will be able to identify three advantages of pop-up leases, such as flexibility, governing incentives, and the ability to test new markets or products.
  • Participants will be able to identify three disadvantages of pop-up leases, such as higher turnover costs, potential inconsistency in revenue, and limited long-term stability compared to traditional leases.
  • Participants will gain a clear understanding of the differences between long-term leases and pop-up leases, including lease duration, financial commitments, and operational considerations.
