Oakland continues to evolve as a hub of creativity and community, blending arts, education, and innovation in ways that inspire. Join BOMA Oakland/East Bay for an exclusive look inside the city’s newest landmarks, shaping its cultural and urban landscape.
Our tour begins at the Oakland School for the Arts (OSA), where we’ll explore the stunning new Dufwin Theater, the OSA Fox Facility, and the beautifully designed Cloud Park. Each space showcases how the arts can redefine education and community connection.

The tour then continues to Block at Uptown Station, where innovation meets practicality. Learn how thoughtful building design and operations are supporting safety, sustainability, and functionality in one of Oakland’s most dynamic developments.  This experience offers a unique behind-the-scenes view of how creativity, safety, and design come together to build Oakland’s future.
