Tom Arnold, Gridium
Tom Arnold is co-founder and CEO of Gridium. He also serves as the Chair of the Energy, Sustainability & Resiliency Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco. Prior to Gridium, Tom Arnold was the Vice President of Energy Efficiency at EnerNOC, and cofounder at TerraPass. Tom has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. When he isn’t thinking about the future of buildings, he enjoys riding his bike and chasing after his two daughters.
Marc Gille, Rockhill Management
Marc Gille is involved in Rockhill’s U.S. property services activities. Mr. Gille is based in Rockhill’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2016, Mr. Gille worked at Embarcadero Capital Partners and Broadway Partners, where he focused on asset management activities for nine years. Mr. Gille received a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. Actively involved in BOMA, Mr. Gille is currently on BOMA International’s Executive Committee, is Vice-Chair of BOMA International’s Codes Committee and is Past-President of BOMA-San Francisco.
