Get ready for a night of mischief, merriment, and a touch of Grinchy cheer! BOMA Oakland/East Bay invites you to the 2025 Get Grinched Holiday Party, where holiday spirit meets a little playful chaos in the stunning Rotunda.
While keeping the whimsical spirit of Whoville, we're also making it a dressy affair. Think holiday sparkle, festive cocktail attire, or a creative "Grinch-chic" twist on dressy wear. And prepare for a celebration that’s full of laughter, music, and surprises.
The Evening Includes
- A DJ spinning holiday favorites that will even make the Grinch tap his feet
- Our event photographer is capturing every joyful moment
- Delicious food, drinks, and plenty of cheer to go around
- A chance to mingle and celebrate with friends and colleagues as we toast to a wonderful year ahead

- Members: $160 early bird price | $180 after December 4 at noon
- Non-Members: $200 early bird price | $235 after December 4 at noon
- Registration closes Wednesday, December 10 at 4:30 pm
