Paymon Hifai, Esq,

Mr. Hifai has experience in Real Estate Litigation, Business/Commercial Litigation, and Landlord-Tenant/Unlawful Detainer Litigation. Mr. Hifai received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside where he was selected to the Dean’s Honors List in 2010 and 2011. Mr. Hifai received his J.D. degree from the Santa Clara University, School of Law where he was awarded the Emery Law Scholarship on the basis of academic achievement and professional promise. He also served as a Board Member for the Santa Clara Law Middle Eastern Law Student Association and volunteered at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center where he provided pro bono employment law related legal representation and advice to low-income and underserved clients under the supervision of an attorney.
Prior to joining Horner Law Group, Mr. Hifai was an associate at a Silicon Valley law firm specializing in Business/Commercial Litigation and General Liability Litigation. Mr. Hifai is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Jennifer Fothergill is part of the team at the Northern California Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association where she focuses her efforts on business development and government relations in Alameda County. Jennifer actively participates on various government affairs boards and committees at local, regional and statewide levels representing the interests of many.
