We are thrilled to bring you a three-part series during the month of October aimed to embrace our new norm of building virtual relationships, hiring remotely, and managing your team from afar. This trio of lunchtime webinars will be facilitated by Becky Lunders of teamWorks.
Relationships have always been the glue that holds a team, an association, a company together. With the vast majority working remotely, relationships need our attention. Working remotely has made it painfully evident that a lot of work happens outside the office cubicle and beyond the boardroom. Those chance encounters with coworkers in the hallway, the break room, and the office parking lot have value. This session will highlight how to be intentional in order to create substantial relationships in a virtual world.
