Candy Satcher

Candy is a Senior Property Manager with Transwestern and currently oversees Uptown Station in Oakland, which was formerly Emporium Capwells, Sears, and is now home to mobile payment leader, Square. An Oakland native, and a product of Oakland’s Chinatown neighborhood, Candy has spent over 15 years in the commercial real estate industry in San Francisco Class-A high rises and is thrilled to be back home where it all began. Her career began as a Tenant Service Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield at 525 Market Street in San Francisco and later served as a General Manager with JLL for the past 6 years until returning to the East Bay and joining the Transwestern team.
 
Candy is driven by her strong belief in community and is committed to maintaining excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and her immediate teams to ensure everyone's success. She attributes BOMA for her growth and insights in the commercial real estate industry and is excited to bring her experiences back to join the BOMA OEB team.
