Courtney Belanger

Courtney Belanger is a Property Manager for Shorenstein Realty Services, with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate Management. Currently overseeing all operations of 601 City Center in Oakland, a brand new 600,000+square foot ground up Development that was completed in October 2019, Courtney’s responsibilities have included hiring all building staff & service contractors, implementing policies & procedures, and overseeing the extensive Tenant Improvements to name a few.
Throughout her career, Courtney has volunteered her time to serve on multiple BOMA San Francisco and BOMA Oakland/East Bay committees, notably being awarded with an RPA scholarship in 2014 and serving as Chair of the Oakland/East Bay Young Professionals Committee in 2015. In addition, she takes pride in the years she has spent serving as aBoard Memberonthe Downtown and Uptown Oakland Association Community Benefit Districts.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University East Bay. As an Oakland native she enjoys walks around Lake Merritt, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family, friends and rescue dog, Stella.
