Participate in CREATE'S Annual Mentor Match!

The CREATE Mentor Match pairs one student from the SFSU and Merritt CREATE Fellows Programs with two mentors:  one Seasoned Professional (>7 years CRE experience) and one Emerging Professional (<7 years CRE experience).  Over an 8-week period, mentors and mentees will complete three mandatory check-ins.  These check-ins will be coordinated between mentors and mentee between March 15 and May 8th.
 
The MENTOR MATCH kickoff event will take place in person on March 13, 2024, in San Francisco at 600 Harrison Street, 6th Floor, from 4:00-6:00pm.  Students and mentors will participate in a “speed-dating” format to meet one another and then be matched following the event. Attendance at the March 13 Mentor Match is MANDATORY. If you cannot make this date, you will not be able to participate in this year's program.  In order to apply to participate, you must complete the following Mentor Survey by February 9, 2024.
 
We will confirm mentor participation after reviewing student applications.
