BOMA OEB Scholarship Information:
The scholarship is awarded annually to a young or emerging professional working in commercial real estate to attend BOMA International's Annual Conference and Expo (June 28-30, 2020 in Philadelphia). The scholarship is for registration, airfare and hotel costs.   Only young or emerging professionals are eligible. A young or emerging professional is defined as a BOMA Oakland/East Bay member working full-time in commercial real estate whose responsibilities include managing or operating commercial properties and who has five (5) years or less experience in the industry.

BOMA Pacific Southwest scholarship Information.

CMPC Certification:

BOMA Oakland/East Bay is pleased to announce a scholarship for the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties™ (CMCP™). The scholarship will pay the $675 application fee, which includes the handbook and test.  You must be a BOMA Oakland/East Bay member to apply for this scholarship.   This new certification designed for early-career property professionals who are looking to validate their industry knowledge and take their careers in commercial real estate to the next level.  As the only certification of its kind in the industry, it instantly communicates your ability to be an effective commercial property manager and your strong understanding of the responsibilities of the role.
