Member News: McNevin Cleaning is Now Offically Women-Owned

McNevin is now a Certified Women-Owned Small Business and continues to focus on suite maintenance programs for tenants and facilities mangers throughout The Bay Area.
McNevin – Bay Area Cleaning Specialists announced Molly Nevin Osgood's promotion to President earlier this year.  A former Commercial Property Manager herself, she joined the industry in San Francisco in 1994 and transferred to work the Orange County & Los Angeles markets. Her first post was at 150 Spear Street, working with current BOMA SF President Wes Powell.  In 1998 her father, founder Tim Nevin, encouraged her to consider getting involved in the family business – as it turns out mostly because he wanted to spend time with the grandkids he didn't yet have.  McNevin is now a Certified Women-Owned Small Business and continues to focus on suite maintenance programs for tenants and facilities mangers throughout The Bay Area.
