Understand the Priorities & Communicate
  1. Clarify Financial Goals
    Determine the financial objectives for the property. Are you focused on managing cash flow, minimizing expenses, enhancing tenant engagement, or all of the above? Be specific.
  2. Coordinate with Key Stakeholders
    Connect with brokers and/or building ownership to align on leasing projections and occupancy expectations.
  3. Engage Existing Service Providers
    Meet with your engineers and other service partners to discuss operational needs, upcoming projects, and areas for potential savings.
  4. Share Priorities with Your Team
    Communicate these goals and projections with your internal team so everyone is on the same page and working toward the same outcomes.
