A word from PG&E: We would like to inform you that the new launch date for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is scheduled for June 9, 2025.
To ensure uninterrupted access to accounts, please advise all members to review and update their account profile information prior to this date. Specifically, it is essential that the email address and phone number listed in each member's profile are current and accessible, as these will be used to deliver authentication codes during the MFA re-registration process.
