BOMA International 2024 Annual Conference Recap

Congratulations to Manny Moreno for his new position as Chair of BOMA International and to the California Plaza team on their TOBY win of the 249,999 - 499,999 square foot category!  

It was a big weekend for BOMA OEB at the 2024 BOMA Interntional Conference in Philadelphia. Congratulations to Manny Moreno, the new BOMA chair!  Marc Barkdull, Past President of BOMA OEB, installed Manny at the Toby Awards.  With years of dedicated service with BOMA Oakland/East Bay, we're excited to have our first BOMA OEB member serving as Chair of BOMA International.


BOMA OEB also received representation in the TOBY Awards win of California Plaza. Representing the building at the event was Liz Despins and Liz Marigold.  The building is managed by Newmark.  This is BOMA OEB's first win in 8 years!  Thank you to all the volunteers and judges who worked on our 2024 Toby cycle.
