Millie and Severson Promotes Brian Andrew to Vice President
Los Alamitos, CA and Pleasanton, CA: Millie and Severson is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Andrew to the position of Vice President in our Northern California division. Brian has provided exceptional project management leadership to the division since its founding over three years ago. Brian was named Project Executive in early 2017 and has taken on an increasingly significant leadership role. Brian, along with Division President Bob Wissmann, will continue expansion of the division and building a strong foundation for future growth.
Brian started his career at Millie and Severson serving as a Project Manager on the Prologis Redlands Distribution Center and BMW build-to-suit. He then served as Project Manager on the build-to-suit of the County Law Building in Indio for client Trammell Crow Company prior to his relocation to Northern California.
In Northern California, Brian has provided leadership on CenterPoint, Prologis and Comstock Realty projects. In his role as Project Executive, he has overseen all project operations for Nor Cal projects.
“Brian has been instrumental in extending Millie and Severson's reputation for excellence into the Northern California market,” noted Bob Wissmann, Division President. “His leadership is valued by clients, collaborators and colleagues alike.”
Brian is a graduate of the College of William and Mary Mason School of Business where he holds a Master of Business Administration degree. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute. Brian is also a U.S. Army Veteran who served as a Military Officer in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
