BOMA International Joins Forces with Industry Associations to Launch the 2023 Global Real Estate DEI Survey!

BOMA is proud and honored to be one of the 18 international CRE associations presenting the 2023 Global Real Estate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Survey, a global study of DEI practices across the commercial real estate industry. The Survey, the most comprehensive of its nature, is being conducted in partnership with Ferguson Partners, and is a response to the growing prioritization of DEI within CRE organizations, and across the industry more broadly.
The Survey will cover:
• DEI program structure, resources, and ownership
• Policies focused on recruitment, retention & promotion, inclusive culture, tracking & accountability, and pay equity
• Employee demographics across organization levels, as well as year-over-year hiring, promotion, and departure trends related to DEI
