BOMA International Annual Conference Scholarships

BOMA OEB's Scholarship:
The scholarship is awarded annually to a young or emerging professional working in commercial real estate to attend BOMA International's Annual Conference and Expo (June 24-27 in Kansas City). The scholarship is for registration, airfare and hotel costs, up to $2,500. 
 
Only young or emerging professionals are eligible. A young or emerging professional is defined as a BOMA Oakland/East Bay member working full-time in commercial real estate whose responsibilities include managing or operating commercial properties and who has five (5) years or less experience in the industry.

BOMA Pacific Southwest Region Scholarship:
1. Applicant must have less than 5 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry (in the property
management or service provider field).
2. Applicant must be an active BOMA Member involved in business functions as defined within their local
BOMA.
3. Applicant's BOMA Membership must be within the Pacific Southwest Region (PSW), defined as a BOMA
located in Arizona, California, Hawaii, or Nevada.
4. Applicant must be in good standing with the BOMA local, PSW Region and International.
5. Applicant must agree with the conditions of acceptance stated below.

Certified Manager of Commercial Properties Scholarship

BOMA Oakland/East Bay is pleased to announce a scholarship for the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties™ (CMCP™).  The scholarship will pay the $675 application fee, which includes the handbook and test.   You must be a BOMA Oakland/East Bay member to apply for this scholarship.
