BOMA International - Foundations Of Real Estate Management

Foundations of Real Estate Management is a 7-module, entry-level course, covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management, and more.  Each module contains a building tour highlighting the operations taught that day. This course is aimed at new-hires and is a refresher for those returning to operations.  The course also reinforces on-the-job training for junior and assistant property managers.
