Take Action: Small Business Loan Enhancement Act
Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO-6) and Congressman Don Bacon (R-NE-2) introduced H.R. 6921: Small Business Energy Loan Enhancement Act. The bipartisan legislation would nearly double the loan amounts available to small businesses making energy investments through the Small Business Administration's 504/CDC loan program, increasing the maximum amount from $5.5 million to $10 million.
As this bill now moves through the legislative and committee process, the support and help from BOMA membership is critical.
