BOMA Releases Vaccination & COVID Restrictions Mandate

Today BOMA International released a new resource on mask and vaccine mandates.  The policy brief, “VACCINE POLICIES, COVID MANDATES AND PROPERTY USE RESTRICTIONS”  The brief is an FAQ-type document that addresses some of the relevant questions from a CRE perspective and provides background on the government's authority to issue health-related mandates
