A word from PG&E: We would like to inform you that the new launch date for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is scheduled for June 9, 2025.
To ensure uninterrupted access to accounts, please advise all members to review and update their account profile information prior to this date. Specifically, it is essential that the email address and phone number listed in each member’s profile are current and accessible, as these will be used to deliver authentication codes during the MFA re-registration process.

Key Wins This Legislative Session (So Far)

The 2025 legislative session has proven to be one of the most challenging in recent memory for the commercial real estate industry, with numerous bills taking direct aim at our sector.
 
Last Friday marked the deadline for Senate and Assembly policy committees to hear and report non-fiscal bills introduced in their respective chambers. Call To Action: Let Congress Hear Your Voice to Protect Non-Profits and Associations

As Congress debates tax reform in 2025, some members of Congress are considering raising taxes on nonprofit organizations--including charities, associations, professional societies, and veterans groups--to pay for the extension of expiring tax cuts. Increasing the tax burden on these organizations would leave less funding for nonprofits to drive toward their missions, resulting in negative consequences for the communities we serve.
