Federal Mandatory Vaccine Requirements For Employers with 100+In early September, President Biden announced he was taking steps to get more Americans vaccinated and turn the tide on COVID-19. On November 4, the administration rolled out two of those steps — two different vaccine rules covering more than 100 million workers.
On Nov. 6, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans issued a stay temporarily blocking the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's new COVID-19 vaccination-or-testing policy for businesses with at least 100 employees companywide. The Department of Labor's chief legal officer said in response, "We are fully prepared to defend this standard in court."

The policy brief, “VACCINE POLICIES, COVID MANDATES AND PROPERTY USE RESTRICTIONS” The brief is an FAQ-type document that addresses some of the relevant questions from a CRE perspective and provides background on the government's authority to issue health-related mandates
