Bees and Buildings: Webinar

As COVID’s been keeping tenants and their employees far from their workplace, some busy bees have been working hard in the past year to keep them engaged and connected to their building, even remotely. The event will be held April 23rd at 11am PDT.

How did our speakers foster meaningful connection remotely? What challenges did they face and what solutions did they come up with? Which initiatives generated the most buzz from their tenants and employees? (On top of their bee project, of course!) And how do they foresee the next couple of months, with tenants slowly coming back to work in-person?

Home Depot 2% Annual Rebate

The Home Depot Pro Retail offers BOMA members an exclusive annual rebate incentive program. Receive a 2 percent annual rebate on all qualifying pre-tax in-store purchases (a qualifying purchase is any pre-tax purchase on a registered account), plus extra services and savings. There is no cost to enroll. Annual purchases must total a minimum of $10,000 to qualify for the rebate.

Oakland Storage Space Needed

The International Rescue Committee provides opportunities for refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, survivors of torture, and other immigrants to thrive in America. Each year, thousands of people, forced to flee violence and persecution, are welcomed by the people of the United States into the safety and freedom of America.  The IRC provides services and receives donations from individuals and companies to help furnish apartments for these people so transition can be as smooth as possible.
