AC Transit: BRT Update

BRT Construction Sites through February 15, 2020

AC Transit is committed to providing the most accurate information for anyone seeking information along the 9.5-mile BRT corridor. Currently, construction crews are hard at work building BRT stations, installing new wheelchair accessible curb ramps, modern traffic signals, LED street lighting and more innovative improvements in the following neighborhoods.

BOMA California Update



On January 1, hundreds of new laws came into effect.  Our friends at Cox, Castle & Nicholson have provided some information on the high priority laws that our industry should be immediately aware of.  Many of these have been covered in past eWeeklys, but we are providing again because it’s so important your business know about these new laws and get into compliance.
