Description:
Provide professional Property Management for large Class A complex.  Responsible for fiscal budgets, CAM reconciliations, tenant and capital improvements, vendor;facility management and negotiation of vendor contracts, lenant relations and liaison.

Requirements:
BA/BS required.  Minimum 10 years experience in Commercial Property Management with Class A buildings.

Salary:
$85k-$95k
