Description:
RiverRock Real Estate Group, a full service commercial asset and property management firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Assistant Property Manager to oversee a large industrial portfolio on San Jose area.

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with Industrial and/or office product. Candidate must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of MS office. Experience with CTI accounting software and Kardin is a plus, but not required. A current California Real Estate License is required for employment. Competitive salary, full benefits package, 3 weeks vacation to start.

Salary:
$70,000/Annually
