  • Assist the Real Estate Manager with the property budget process, including bids and related pricing.
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs with vendors and building engineers.
  • Coordinate new tenant items and events.
  • Assist with publishing newsletter.
  • Assist with tenant and vendor customer service.
  • Compose tenant correspondence.
  • Follow up on status of vendor jobs.
  • Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Track certificates of insurance.
  • Help prepare common area maintenance (CAM) dues.
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and faxes.

If you possess the following, prepare to advance your career in commercial real estate:

  • 2+ years of related experience and/or training
  • High school diploma
  • Keen communication, analytical and collaboration skills
