Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position is fully accountable for all property decisions. Including lease administration, managing over 1 million sq. ft. of class A high-rise office buildings, property inspections and maintenance. Financial reporting, CAM and operating expense recoveries as well as rent collection and payables processing.

Requirements: Candidate will be either be a Certified or Registered Property Manager and 10+ years property management experience. Looking for a take charge and driven individual who is seeking a long term career-oriented position.
