Balco Properties,an affliate of Bay Alarm Comapny, is an owner-run Property Management company with all commercial properties - Office Buildings and Light Industrial Buildings.  This person will work closely with the President of Balco Properties to ensure the success of this busy and dynamic Property Management company that owns office buildings and warehouse buildings.
You will be responsible for leasing, rental agreements, budgets, CAM, maintenance, vendor relations, tenant relations, research of rental market trends, and acquisition analysis. This is a busy, involved Property Management office that requires an individual with the ability the handle many tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork focus.


Requirements:
Requirements include at least 3 years' Senior Property Management experience, proven tenant relationship skills and an outstanding ability to work as a team. RPA and/or CPM certification is strongly preferred. Yardi experience is a plus. The ability to pass a drug screen and a background check, including criminal and DMV checks, is also required.


Salary:
$62,000-$82,000 + bonus potential
