Accounting Manager - NAIBT Management Services

The Account Director will build and maintain a relationship with the Partner Program Manager; coordinate the activities of the Service Delivery Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Account CTO to deliver exemplary service; manage contract terms; manage invoicing; ensure reporting; protect
revenue; and discover opportunities to further serve the engagement.

Description:
Assist the Executive VP in starting up a property management company. At first the position will be utilizing skills to provide hands on accounting while setting up policies and procedures for a growing operation. This position will grow into a controller position over time.

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of PM Accounting and/or Accounting Manager role at a commercial real estate company or third party management company. Experience with MRI, YARDI, CTI and other softward packages. Banking experience a must.

Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 with Bonus
