The Account Director will build and maintain a relationship with the Partner Program Manager; coordinate the activities of the Service Delivery Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Account CTO to deliver exemplary service; manage contract terms; manage invoicing; ensure reporting; protect
revenue; and discover opportunities to further serve the engagement.

Location:
San Francisco, Downtown

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Reporting to Vice President, Client Services or Director, Client Services, the Account Director will:

  • Provide overall leadership to the engagement team
  • Have detailed understanding of the Client business and technical drivers / environments
  • Manage performance against contract specifications
  • Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of contract
  • Build and maintain a detailed account profile
  • Provide point of contact for questions regarding contract execution, billing, additional services and other matters
  • Manage profit and loss for the engagement
  • Forecast and collect revenue for the engagement
  • Client invoices
  • Handle changes in scope of existing contracts using a formal change management process
  • Ensure post-implementation customer satisfaction
  • Support SAIC in closing new opportunities
  • Have detailed knowledge of all Infocrossing service offerings
  • Provide quarterly performance reviews to client executives
  • Report weekly client satisfaction levels
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting and project deliverables
  • Maintain account information in the Company's customer relationship management tool

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 - 10 years of business-to-business technical engagement management experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven conflict resolution capabilities
  • Demonstrated project management skills for multiple complex projects (PM certification is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote resources not in a direct chain of command and in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of technologies (hardware, software, network, storage, etc.)
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of IT solution services
  • Demonstrated P&L management
  • Demonstrated experience in IT quality processes (e.g. ITIL, Six Sigma, etc. certifications)
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
  • Willing to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in company direction.

Measurements:

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction as measured by periodic survey
  • Stability and growth of revenue within the engagement
  • Consistently high performance ratings by both client and company executives

Education:
Bachelor degree in Technology or related experience required. MBA a plus

Comments:
IT (Infrastructure) outsourcing experience is desired.
