Assistant Property Manager- Menlo Equities

Description:
This opportunity would be a full time on site job.Applicant must have a good working knowledge of building systems and be able to interface with tenants and vendors in an effective and friendly manner.The person must be a self starter. A senior manager will be on site from time to time.

Walnut Creek

Position Requirements:
Preferably a college degree with good knowledge in accounting procedures as it relates to property management.

Salary:
Low $50,000 - $60,000.
