This agreement is between BOMA Oakland-East Bay Chapter and the company submitting the Job Posting Form (hereafter referred to as Company). 

BOMA Oakland-East Bay member companies may submit employment openings for posting on our website, free of charge.  All job postings are subject to review and approval by the BOMA office.

The Company will be responsible for contacting suitable candidates for interviews and the hiring process. BOMA Oakland-East Bay is not responsible for qualifying or screening candidates. This agreement allows BOMA Oakland-East Bay to publish listings of positions at its discretion.

BOMA Oakland-East Bay is not an employment agency nor a job search firm. We make no warranties or comments about available opportunities and do not attempt in any way to place anyone.

It is agreed that BOMA Oakland-East Bay, it's officers, agents, members and employees shall be held harmless from any and all claims (including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage and personal injury claims) as a result of the use of the BOMA Job Bank. No liability whatsoever is assumed (written or implied) by BOMA Oakland-East Bay for any placement or failure to place any individual in any job.
