Gary joined CB Richard Ellis Asset Services in 2003, and most recently was responsible for operations and management delivery for a portfolio of properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Gary has over 20 years of commercial building operations, management, construction and leasing expertise.

Ellen has twenty years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry. As director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles portfolio, her responsibilities include client development and relations, and oversight of operations for more than twenty-five office projects within Southern California.
