Tim serves on the Board of Directors for BOMA California, BOMA San Francisco, and BOMA Oakland/East Bay. Tim has represented commercial property owners since 1984 in major California and Texas markets, where his key strengths have been in property management, leasing, marketing and construction. In addition, he is very experienced in product positioning and due diligence for buyers and sellers.
